Description

Established and designed for @FourLarks performance installation 'The Temptation of St Antony' in early 2015. The space is in a great area of downtown near the Central Market. There is ample parking, $5 lot next door and across the street as well and pretty good free street parking too. The space itself is 4,500 sq ft. The space has an entry way for obtaining tickets/door covers, an art installment front room for hanging, we have a small bar set up in the lobby area and a sound proofed stage with a PA set up and built theater seating with chairs. The theater can seat between 70 to 80 people, if we have a music show we usually remove the chairs and it can accommodate approximately 150-200 people standing. There is a green room/ dressing room to the side of the stage and 3 bathrooms (6 stalls) on the basement level for patrons.
