We are a friendly, family-run Animal Hospital ready to serve you and your furry friends
In 1990, Dr. Sherkey opened Bayview Hill Animal Hospital, a small clinic with one consulting room, and one other employee, his wife Evelyn! His reputation for compassionate care and excellent medicine spread and the clinic blossomed, eventually outgrowing its humble beginnings. Bayview Hill Animal Hospital was re-located just up the street to its current location in 2001. Dr. Sherkey's areas of interests include canine and feline medicine, geriatric care and pain management. In his free time he enjoys photography, golf and spending time with his loving family. For Dr. Sherkey, veterinary medicine is not just a career choice but a passion, and he loves going to work and helping pets.
Congratulations to Cole, the last kitten remaining in our Adoption Centre, who went to his forever home yesterday! Best wishes to all of our kittens and their new families!

Congratulations to sweet Anna for getting adopted by a lovely family! One more cat off the streets, many more to go! Please consider helping a cat in need this winter and lets make sure we don't forget our adult and senior kitties who need homes as well. Thank you!

UPDATE: One week has passed and nobody has come forward to claim our Baby Girl Border Collie. We have received an overwhelming amount of interest in her and due to this are not accepting any more applications. We would like to thank everyone who has done such an amazing job of sharing her post (She was shared as far as the UK!), liking it and commenting on it. Thank you to all the families who have offered to open up their hearts and homes to her, we are currently in the process of interviewing a potential family for her who meets all of her needs, and will hopefully post an adoption picture soon. It is our hope that all you lovely people will give this much attention and care to all the shelters and rescue organizations out there who have LOTS of amazing dogs and cats in need of a loving home. Thank you everyone again!
