Since establishing BBKern DESIGNS, Bernie has used his experience and involvement with local associations like the Home Builders Association and Construction Specifications Institute. Bernie is also an active member of the American Institute of Building Design, currently serving as the Colorado State Society President. Bernie has a passion for using construction methods that help utilize energy smart design without causing a huge expense in building costs.
