BSP offers free resources (check out the video workouts, audio meditations, and mindful eating tools) and affordable online wellbeing programs (www.ShermanProject.com) to help you train like the superhero you are so you can save the planet like you were destined to do. Clearly, BSP doesn’t follow the same ol’ status-quo-photoshopped approach to health. Why not? Because you are powerful; an everyday superhero. You can save the planet in your own unique way while embracing and expanding your most authentic, strongest, and peaceful self. This isn’t some new-age, idealistic, BS. It’s the way the universe functions. Your intentions, thoughts, and actions not only impact you, but they impact our entire planet. Let's not waste anymore time. Cheers to wellbeing adventurin’ and planet savin’! About Aimee (BSP founder): Creating BSP has been my mission for a long time. I've studied wellbeing systems and practices for nearly 15 years. My own search for healing led me down this path and the profound transformations I experienced and continue to experience motivate me to share these practices with as many people as I flippin' can. I'm currently a PhD candidate in the School of Nursing at the University of Minnesota (UMN) with a minor in Integrative Therapies and Healing Practices. My research is focused on the utilization of integrative wellbeing practices (i.e., mindful exercise and nutrition) to improve wellbeing and reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression. I received my MA in Holistic Health Studies at the University of St. Catherine and an MA in Health Journalism from the UMN. I have also gathered certifications in personal training (NASM-CPT), Healing Touch, Reiki, group fitness (bootcamp, anyone?!), yoga therapy (PYT-500) and I'm an E-RYT 500 level yoga teacher. I'm grateful to have the opportunity to help guide the BSP community and look forward to learning from everyone here. I truly hope you find BSP to be a helpful resource on your adventure!
