At Beach Yoga, “Our Mission is to empower and inspire our students & our instructors to live life in joy & purpose while maintaining a healthy active lifestyle.” Our tropical vibe of Aloha is the perfect place to help you unwind, destress, get active, strong and flexible with our Yoga, Fusion, Insanity and PiYo classes. Whether you want to shed bodyfat, tighten & tone your body, or reduce stress, tension and anxiety, then we have the perfect class for you! Our state of the art studio incorporates far infrared heat into our classes, and we offer 4 different temperatures to choose from, including non-heated for those who don't want extra heat, mild heat for those new to a heated environment, warm heat that feels like you are on the beach on a nice warm day, and of course hot heat, which is like being in the beautiful Hawaiian island on a nice hot summer day! For Yoga classes we offer: ✔ Deep Stretch & Relaxation ✔ Yin Yang Flow & Stretch ✔ Freedom Flow ✔ Core & Flow ✔ Power Yoga For Fitness style classes we offer: ✔ Fusion Yoga/Pilates Mix ✔ Fusion Burn & Firm ✔ Fusion Arms, Abs & Butt ✔ Insanity ✔ PiYo So, as you can see, we offer everything from gentle restorative style of yoga classes, to high energy power yoga and everything in between. And for our cardio and strength and conditioning fans, we offer INSANITY & PiYo, and we are the first studio in Western Canada to offer these amazingly fun Beachbody Programs.
