I've been in the skincare and cosmetic industry for 12 years and have worked with hundreds of women of all ages and backgrounds. I am one of 7 girls in my family so skincare and cosmetics were a major topic of conversation as I was growing up. Being one of 7, with many different styles and preferences, has given me some great insight in what a woman wants. My job is to listen to your needs and wants and to help guide you through what can sometimes be very confusing! One thing I do know is that we as women love to shop but do not like to be 'sold' to.
