In the 1900's silicone was used and then in 1980's collagen was first used. Today the most common type of dermal fillers are made from hyaluronic acid. The product we use is called Teosyal and is 100% hyaluronic acid and biocompatable. Hyaluronic acid is a natural, major component of our skin and therefore allows passage of nutrients and cells. They also naturally rehydrate your skin from deep down where hydration gets lost during the aging process along with volume, as hyaluronic acid binds with water. The treatment is virtually painless and the results last between 3-18 months. Successive sessions maintain results where less product will be required each time thanks culmulative effect of the action of the product helps natuarally restore suppleness, elasticity and tone.
