I am a fitness professional who loves to help people achieve their goals. I believe in functional movement workouts and efficient use of your valuable time. Customized fitness programs can be brought to you, where you can workout in the comfort of your own home or you can come to my studio. Your initial session includes an assessment to establish your baseline fitness and determine your goals. Your customized fitness program will be generated with functional movements and safety in mind and we will work together for motivation and accountability. I offer individual and small group Personal Training, Boot camp training, Corporate Office Fitness Challenges, Triathlon Coaching and Running Programs.
