Higashi Karate bases it's style on traditional Wado-Ryu, with the incorporation of various different training routines and the addition of some Higashi Katas.

Description

We are open to anyone who wants to learn Karate for whatever reason. Classes incorporate various elements such as basics, kata, kumite (sparring), fitness, self defense, as well as more advanced techniques. We also encourage people who study other martial arts to join so that we can share our knowledge and learn from each other.
