With everything from beginners and gentle to advanced power, hot yoga, bikram, asthanga, yin and more including specialty classes such as kids yoga and prenatal yoga. We also offer private instruction, teacher training, regular monthly workshops and meditation coaching to help you deepen your practice. We offer a warm, clean, and caring environment where our greatest hope is that you would experience a challenge physically, expand mentally, and find rest within these walls.

How To Get to Bella Prana Yoga and Meditation

PARKING: You can park in the lot directly across the street from the studio, behind the studio, and in any lot that is marked for "The Lighthouse for the Blind" as well as additional street parking!
