We’re located right in the heart of Pittsburgh’s Cultural District, on the 2nd floor of 808 Penn Avenue. If it’s not raining, just look for the sandwich board outside our door. Here at Bend Yoga, we want your yoga practice to be whatever you would like it to be. Come to class to chill out, work out, rejuvenate, re-connect or just have some fun. All you have to do is show up to your mat. Then breathe and bend. We offer a variety of classes that allow you to do just that. More of a morning person? Get moving with “Yoga with Weights.” Need to fit in some asana during the workday? Take a “Lunch Break.” Want to get into a routine yoga practice after work? We have “Happy Hour” five days a week. And that’s just a taste, so check out the full schedule where you can sign up and find out more. And while you’re in the studio, you can snag one of our brand new Bend tees or tanks. Yinz Bend?
