Description

In 2010, the beloved Beresford became part of the Merivale family. Its casual neighbourhood atmosphere includes a modern Italian trattoria bistro. Under the guidance of Chef Reid Hingston. Formally the head chef of The Summit restaurant, Reid has worked at soem of Sydney's finest establishments including Est., Bistro moncur and Longrain and has been mentored by the likes of Peter Doyle. The kitchen offers everything from a simple bowl of fries with Sicilian sea salt to wood –fired pizza, housemade pasta's and decadent desserts.
