Description

There is tons of sports nutrition information on the web most of which contains claims which are "stretched" at best and worst case completely false!! I come from a science background in both Human Biology and sports nutrition. I also work in an industry in which I write claims for medical device products, so I understand the need to be honest and review literature from decent sources e.g. peer reviewed journals. Bespoke-Nutrition has been created with the intention to review diets and tips, but most importantly to question them! Myself and others will act as human guinea pigs and test how diets make individuals feel. Emphasis on the term individuals! For example a fasting protocol could be great for one person and have another feeling horrendous and performing poorly in their area of sport.
