Description
I have competed in obedience to the CDX level with my Irish Red and White Setter, who was the first of her breed in all of Canada to earn two obedience titles. I have competed in Rally Obedience (CARO) and I currently own and train (obedience, agility and rally) two Shetland Sheepdogs. I apprenticed and graduated to assisting, then teaching my own classes, with the Lakeshore Dog Training Association in Montreal. I have been teaching companion obedience for over 15 years; I moved to Barrie in 1999 and taught for the Barrie Kennel and Obedience club, then opened my own business (Best Behaved Dog Academy) with Orovale Kennels owner, Gail Bishop, now deceased. I then began teaching for the Red Barn Event Centre in 2012.
