Welcome to my Facebook page I am an Holistic Therapist offering EFT ( Emotional Freedom Technique) and Reiki therapies in Earlsdon, Coventry, Leek Wootten and Rugby to help you relax, renew and rebalance . EFT sometimes referred to as "tapping" is a method of talking therapy combined with self finger tapping on a sequence of meridian points on the upper body.( a bit like human acupuncture). It helps unblock our inner emotional energy system in which we may hold negative emotions eg stress, phobias, lack of confidence, general anxiety etc in fact anything that is preventing us to live life as we want to. It is a simple and effective modern therapy that you can continue to use in your day to day life. Reiki treatments can help with stressful situations by encouraging relaxation and bring balance to both mind and emotions.
