Bike 4 Life is a not-for-profit organization proudly serving the Chicago neighborhoods. Bicycles connect us teach us and challenge us, while at the same time improving the health of mother earth. Together we can improve the well-being of ourselves and each other through the act of cycling. Our programs build healthier communities in Chicago and beyond. Bike 4 Life supports and promotes biking for both fitness and travel/commuting purposes. Our goal is to improve the health of individuals as well as improve our community and enviroment via a reduction in carbon emissions. That is why we provide free training for cardio, aerobic and road saftey activities to underserved community members. We also host cycling events to raise awareness and help combat health issues such as breast cancer, diabetes, HIV/AIDS & obesity. These illnesses affect not just our community, but all communitites. Help comes in the form of generous gifts from our corporate sponsors, dedicated volunteers & donations from our not-for-profit retail bike shop.
