Outdoor Training Rides are offered on a personal basis with Mike. Whether you want to work on corners, hills, gears or pedals – you can ride together while Mike offers tips and suggestions to smooth out the rough spots. Come Discover the energy of indoor cycling with us! All our rides are high energy sweat-sessions enveloped in music. Come check out a program that has been going strong for 15 years. We offer indoor cycling during the cooler winter months, as well as individual training packages to help you get started on the right path to your cycling goals. Our packages range from the starter cyclist package to the Goal Rider Package designed for people wishing to train for a long-distance ride.
