The Birmingham Venture Club is an association of business professionals who seek to increase the amount and quality of venture capital-related activities in the Birmingham area.

Description

*To provide the means for members and others to exchange experiences and opinions through discussions and studies of all the aspects and functions of venture capital and its management and the development of growth-oriented businesses. *To develop and encourage high standards of service and conduct by venture capitalists. *To promote the arts and sciences of venture capital and educate members, the public and governmental authorities in the advancement, improvement and uses of venture capital. *To cooperate with local and regional groups of venture capitalists and maintain close liaison with them. *To undertake any other functions that will further advance the usefulness of this organization to its members, to the business of venture capital and to the general public.
