My goal is to support mothers physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually; As well as to empower them through education. I believe that pregnancy and childbirth are sacred and should be surrounded by positive energy. I offer one on one childbirth education classes, prenatal visits to prepare for your birth, continuous labor and birth support, breastfeeding education and assistance, and initial postpartum support. Whether a women wants an all natural birth or is planning a cesarean, a doula can make all the difference in her satisfaction with the overall birth experience.
