In instances such as liquid and/or physical damage where the phone is deemed out of warranty, the customer is left with no other choice than to purchase a new handset at full price, or sign up for another term to get the subsidy on a new handset. Rarely a customer would choose to send the phone out for repairs at their own expense and be without a phone for an undetermined period of time. Blackapple Cellular’s vision was to deliver that “missing link”.
