Pete Tofis and his team have trained at some of the country's best restaurants and have developed a wide range of dishes to delight our guests. Our commitment to quality was acknowledged in 2009 when Blakes restaurant was awarded two AA rosettes for the quality of its food. In addition Nick Rutigliano, our Maitre d' has brought to the table his wealth of experience and put together a carefully chosen wine list to suit all tastes.
