It was while applying the culinary education of food preparation in the kitchens of Ruth Chris's Steak house and then 13 Coins Restaurant, that driving Limos here and there began. In 2004 the great exchange was made after hanging up the knives and Chef's hat and his love for preparing exquisite food, came for the entrepreneurial venture.
