Description

Hospitality and Culinary students operate the dining room as part of their curriculum. Our full service dining room offers exquisite 3 and 4-course meals and is licensed. The menu items are prepared and served by aspiring Chefs and Restaurant Managers studying in the hospitality programs at Conestoga College. Students gain real life experience applying the knowledge and skills learned in the classroom by producing and serving high quality food in a controlled learning lab environment.
