The Crunchy French Toast, served with fresh fruit and a vanilla-bean dipping sauce, tops the list of iconic Blu Jam dishes as a notorious crowd pleaser, while the classic Mazatlan Shrimp Scramble, made with eggs scrambled with fresh sautéed shrimp, onions, roasted red bell peppers, fresh jalapenos, cilantro, and mozzarella, topped with sour cream and fresh chives, never fails to hit the spot.
