Description

Sfeervolle yoga en pilates studio in het centrum van den haag. In de studio worden groeps en personal trainingen gegeven in Pilates, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Power Yoga en training voor zwangeren (voor en na bevalling). De studio is in 2003 opgericht door Catharina Blijlevens. Naast de lessen organiseert de studio opleidingen, workshops, yogaweekenden en andere evenementen. Bodyflex 100% Catharina staat geregisteerd bij het CRKBO als opleidingsinstituut.
