SCHEDULE: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9 - 10 AM and Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30 PM at Tahoe Dance School (TDS) in Incline Village. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 - 10:30 AM and Saturdays from 7:45 - 8:45 AM at Zai Martial Arts Academy (ZMA) in Reno. BODYpow is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) program using body-weight excercises only. The system focuses on a "personally optimized workout" plan to accommodate each person’s own physical and mental capability on any given day. BODYpow is well-suited for whole body fitness for all ages, students to seasoned fitness veterans. Class participants experience positive factors related to ageing, athletic performance improvement, mental wherewithal, and can self-adjusts for injury or recovery. No one is too fit. No one is too unfit. Anyone interested in getting healthy, staying in shape, or improving their overall fitness will benefit. BODYpow was developed by Jackie Peacock, a successful NCAA All-American swimmer, a certified fitness instructor and the mother of two young children. Jackie understands the importance of a long-term, structured, and sustainable approach to lifelong fitness.
