Just wanted to give a sneak peak into a new restaurant in downtown St. Catharines that is slated to open in a few weeks. Owner and chef extraordinaire Andrew McLeod has been working on his new restaurant for the past year. Located on St. Paul St. - just down from James St intersection - the restaurant will no doubt raise the bar in culinary creations in our downtown. Named after a mushroom, Bolete is a modern space in which Andrew will be creating dishes with locally sourced food. A big thank you to Andrew and his crew for creating such a unique space in the heart of our city. Looking forward to the opening! #ourhomestc
