Dru Yoga is a flowing, dynamic yoga which aims to create a sense of revitalised peacefulness.

Description

I am a student teacher of Dru Yoga and holding beginners classes at the Burley Lodge Centre, Burley Lodge Road, Leeds on 12th Jan and then every Monday from 6pm - 7.30pm. £6/£5 per class, discounts on block bookings. Please bring a mat, blanket, cushion if you have them. There are some communal blankets and mats available. Dru is a flowing and dynamic yoga which may help with de-stressing, revitalising and relaxation. It is very accessible but effective. If you've done Dru before you'll know this - if you haven't come and try for yourself! The class generally includes a sequence of movements (energy block release), postures (asanas), breath work (pranayama) and, my personal favorite, relaxation! :-)
