Boot it Up is a friendly, high-energy, physically challenging outdoor bootcamp.
Boot It Up is a fun, group exercise program that focuses on interval and functional training in a supportive and motivating setting. It is a one-hour class that will give you a full-body workout while constantly varying your movements so you won't get bored mentally or physically. Our coaching style is upbeat, positive, and fun. We are not drill sergeants, but we will push your limits and make sure you get your money's worth. However, we do understand your physical limitations. We want everyone to feel good about themselves during and after their workout. We also believe that workouts should be fun, not torture. Therefore, every Friday we will offer a social event that will vary each week. We want our boot campers to get to know one another, network, socialize and create a community.
