Description

Bootleggin’ BBQ was created from the beginning as a nod to the 1920’s bootlegging City Alderman of Kansas City, Tom Pendergast. Thanks to his strong arm political tactics and outright bribery, “Boss Tom” as he became known, was the man responsible for keeping Kansas City wet through prohibition.
