I need another source for Physician Loans. I get referrals from several Lenders and Realtors who don't lend Nationwide. Since we do.. I got this one in Mass that I can't place. Any insights? Always let me know if you can't place something as well... We have traditional and non traditional products nationwide... ie" Foreign National, 1 day out of Foreclosure or Bankruptcy, non warrantable condos, Reverse, asset based loans, 5% down payment assistance... etc
