Breitling Energy Corporation (OTCBB:BECC) is an oil and gas exploration and production company that acquires and develops lower risk onshore oil and gas working interests and royalty interests in proven basins in the United States, such as the Bakken / Three Forks Sanish formations located in North Dakota and the Mississippi Lime and Hunton / Woodford / Cleveland formations located in Oklahoma. Breitling’s exploration activities are focused on adding profit generating production to existing core areas and increasing our current non-operation positions. Breitling’s primary goal is to increase shareholder value by increasing the value of acquired properties through a combination of exploitation, drilling and proven engineering extraction practices, with its most significant emphasis on CO2 tertiary recovery operations.
