Our fully registered Osteopaths bring years of experience to the clinic enabling them to successfully treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Our philosophy is based on identifying the cause of your pain, treating it accordingly and giving you advice on how to prevent further recurrences. We do not believe in unnecessary on-going treatment. Some conditions only take one or two treatments to solve, other more complex or chronic problems may require an on-going treatment plan specific to your condition. Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy, focusing on the treatment of pain and dysfunction of the musculo-skeletal system. We employ a “hands-on”, holistic approach to treatment, identifying the cause of your pain and treating accordingly. We do not under estimate the body’s ability to heal itself, but are aware that it sometimes needs a helping hand. Conditions commonly treated are Neck and Shoulder pain, Lower Back Pain, Sports Injuries, Headaches, Migraines and Pregnancy Pain. Techniques used include Deep Tissue Massage and Spinal Joint Manipulation. We also provide advice on exercise rehabilitation, posture and workplace ergonomics.
