Welcome to the Brisbane Best Body Challenge Facebook page. Our mission is to give every person who completes our program the confidence to live the health and happy life that they deserve! The Brisbane Best Body Challenge is a 12 week challenge that involves group fitness sessions conducted by certified personal trainers. Anyone can participate, no matter what budget or schedule they have. The Best Body Challenge offers 3 differently priced packages with central locations for your convenience. You can do our Essential package with 3 sessions a week, our Achieve package with 6 sessions a week or our Transformation package with 6 sessions a week plus a Personal Training session. The prices start from $37.95 a week depending on your goals and personal preference. The sessions alternate between morning and evening times for variety and to suit any busy schedule.
