I am a mobile Personal Trainer who has worked in the health and fitness industry for 10 years and during that time I have worked in a range of areas such as Health and fitness Clubs, Hospitals and Mobile personal training. This has helped me gain a very broad range of skills in my training which is very helpful as peoples goals are often varied and personal to them. I have an honours degree in exercise science and have completed all the necessary courses to be registered by the exercise professionals. My ethos is to make fitness training enjoyable but at the same time very effective. I specialise in the following areas: - Weight loss and body toning. - Fitness and Strength development. - Power and Plyometric Training. - Sport specific training programs. - Lifestyle and nutrition advice. - Training for people with dissabilities. - Biomechanics, Flexibility and Rehabilation. - I also do group training sessions when required.
