It's too bad it's raining on National Health and Fitness Day. But it looks like the city rec centers have free admission! A lot of other gyms are doing this too. No excuse not to get a little more active today despite the rain, so let's get after it.

Thought I'd share a success story from my client Carl. Carl's story is great for the nerds like myself because of the incredible mathematics of his progress. When Carl started with me he was just under 120lbs and struggled to squat 90 lbs. After we worked together for awhile we dialed his numbers in so he gained strength without gaining fat and at less than 20 lbs heavier he was squatting well over 200 lbs for reps! Carl did great work and loyally completed his workouts with excellent form and consistency. The results speak for themselves! Well done Carl.

I want to give props to all of my clients! As of this week every one of them has demonstrated measurable progress towards their goals. Those who want to lose wight and inches are losing them and those who want to gain quality weight are doing so as well. Good job everyone!
