"Dressed in athletic gear, he would tap out computer code at a stand-up desk, then take a break and scramble up the climbing wall." Thanks to The Wall Street Journal for the inclusion! And a big shoutout to our friends at Rocket Innovations.
Secret concerts may be the best concerts. Sofar Sounds brings gigging bands to intimate spaces around the world, helping to bring the magic back to live music with an attentive audience. We were floored by the talent in our space, and super appreciative of the Sofar Sounds: Boston crew for making it happen. Featuring Buck McGrane, EMMA JUNE, and Calico Blue. "Head up the street to this 40,000 square-foot climbing facility, and discover your inner rappeler." Shout out to our friends at Union Square Donuts and Aeronaut Brewing Company.
Check it out. Made it into an article on things in Boston!

On Saturday, June 11, the BKB Team marched in the Boston Pride Parade. We stand with the LGBTQ community and for a world of love, acceptance and understanding. And we want the world to know it. Spread the #BKBLove. --- Available In-Facility: This month, 20% of our Pride Gear proceeds will go towards Equality Florida's Pulse Victim Fund. On June 15, during our Out to Climb event, all proceeds from select Pride Gear will go to this same fund. https://www.gofundme.com/PulseVictimsFund
From our photographer, Simone Schiess: "I took this photograph during the Boston Pride Parade this past Saturday. I'm utterly at a loss for words over what happened that evening in Orlando. Everyone should have the right to their identity, safety in being true to themselves, and no one should dictate who you love. I stand with Orlando. I stand with the LGBTQ community. I stand for a world of love, acceptance and understanding. A world that, at times like these, seems impossible to fathom. Spread love, not hate." Sending #bkblove to all those affected by Orlando.

Some main reasons cited by women who avoid gyms were fear of judgement, embarrassment and unwanted attention/harassment by men. This week, we were lucky to spend some time with internationally accredited guide, Silas Rossi. Spending time among the cliffs and mountains of the northeast got Silas ready for successful bids on objectives of any scale, on any continent. Thanks to Silas for the awesome talk! And thank you to Arc'teryx for sponsoring the event. Photos by Simone Schiess Photography
Last Friday, we took it upon ourselves to liven up Dewey Square on a Friday. The day was active, disruptive, and certainly a little weird. We can't wait to do it again. Thanks to Parkour Generations Americas, Backcountry Yoga, LLC. and all those who helped make it happen. #BKBFest Photos by Simone Schiess Photography
