I have been working in the fitness industry since April 2015 at a gym in Bath where I have been training clients from all backgrounds of physical and mental challenges to lead them towards a healthier and fitter version of themselves. I have a Level 2 & 3 REPS Certification in Personal Training as well as an Exercise Referral Qualification. As well as having a passion for working with clients individually I also love teaching classes! I run circuits, spinning and group HIIT training classes inside a gym however my favourite class has to be my own Silent Disco Fitness Class I launched in November 2015.
