Buckingham Blue Interiors provides their clients with complete and comprehensive design services such as, color consultation, space planning, lighting design, furnishing / finish selection and install. Our firm has garnered strong relationships with local architects, contractors, vendors, craftsmen, design/build professionals, and artists. Our talented designers are knowledgeable in all design styles from modern to traditional. We procure one of a kind items and local art and integrate them into our designs to ensure each space has a distinctive feel all its own. We are capable of delivering high-quality design services whether it is high end residential design to vacation homes, commercial spaces, or hospitality based projects. Our firm proudly uses sustainable materials and methods wherever and whenever possible. Green design is always a priority. We can accommodate any budget great or small. Each project is treated as a collaborative effort with the client to ensure that all design needs are met and optimal customer satisfaction is achieved. Our belief is that quality design should evoke feeling. ABOUT THE SENIOR DESIGNER Amanda M. Carpenter is originally from north central Florida. After living in New York City for a period of five years, where her lifelong passion for architecture, interior design, and the finer arts were further fostered, she settled in Milwaukee where she earned an A.A.S. in Interior Design from M.A.T.C. Amanda’s strengths are in color and materials, product sourcing, space planning, lighting plans, and artistic rendering. She is proficient in AutoCad, Architectural Desktop, and has a vast knowledge of state building codes. She approaches each project with a pleasant and relaxed confidence and has a uniquely warm and personal customer service demeanour. Amanda is proud to be a citizen of Milwaukee. She has her finger on the pulse of the city and loves to implement local materials and labor whenever possible. She lives with her border collie, Lulu, on Milwaukee’s East Side. A small percentage of all her monies earned is donated to the Humane Society of Wisconsin. ADDITIONAL DESIGN SERVICES After an initial consultation and a signed letter of agreement Buckingham Blue Interiors offers the following professional design services: -Floor plans showing space planning, furnishing placement, and equipment layouts. -Materials boards with examples of textures and various finishes and color palettes. -Three-dimensional perspectives of the proposed finished interior. -Hand rendered drawings of your finished design. -Detailed lists of items you may already have in your space that can be integrated into the new design. *PROJECT SITE TRAVEL Buckingham Blue Interiors will never bill you for travel expenses within the state of Wisconsin or to the greater Chicago area. However, out of state travel is subject to billable expense which is outlined in a services packet provided to each potential client.
