April 27–29, 2017 The 2016 Penn Relay Carnival will occur April 28, 29 and 30 at Franklin Field on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. The Penn Relays are the largest annual track and field meet in the United States and the largest annual relay meet in the world. Over the course of three days, 17,000 athletes from all levels will race in front of 115,000 spectators. The best in the world have and continue to compete at the Penn Relays.
