Description

More than 33% of our food budget is from the local area including seasonal vegetables, dairy, meats, and fruits. Our growing Farm to School team manage a small farm, orchard, and greenhouse directly on school grounds which are used for education, summer camps, job training programs, and summer courses. In 2014 we launched a food truck job training program called Fork in the Road. www.facebook.com/forkintheroadvt
