Placing an order When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail/message to confirm that we have received your order and that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. Items can be purchased by sending an email to butterflymakes@hotmail.com or by sending a message to Butterfly makes or by commenting sold on a picture and sending a message to Butterfly makes. Items will be sold on a first come, first served basis and Butterfly Makes word is final. Promotional prices will only apply during the period stated. Postage charges will be calculated on the final order and will cover post and packaging at cost. Postage will be first class and proof of postage will be obtained, unless a different service is requested and paid for by you, however, Butterfly makes cannot be held responsible for missing parcels. Once a carriage cost is given and an invoice sent you are required to pay for goods in full at this time. Payment is by paypal, Cheque made payable to Steven Truman or a postal order made payable to Steven Truman. Items will not be posted out until payment has cleared and you will be notified of the dispatch date. Payments not made after 48 hours will be deemed in breach of contract and the order cancelled without notification. All prices quoted are in UK pounds and include VAT (Value added tax) at the current rate. Dispatch, delivery and postal costs Items, not custom orders, will normally be dispatched within 3 working days; any estimated dispatch date is an estimate, which can change without notice. Depending on items orders your item may arrive in more than one delivery. We can deliver our items anywhere in mainland Great Britain and Republic of Ireland. Unfortunately we do not deliver to any islands or the Highlands/Islands of Scotland. Postage charges will be calculated on the final order and will cover post and packaging at cost. Postage will be first class and a proof of postage will be obtained unless a different service is requested and paid for by you, however, Butterfly makes cannot be held responsible for missing parcels. We will deliver the goods to the premises specified on the Paypal payment as requested by Paypal under their terms and conditions. If paying by cheque or postal order please specify the full delivery address when ordering. Butterfly makes cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended. Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility. After failed delivery attempts the goods may be returned to Butterfly makes and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge. If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by the carrier for redirecting your delivery. Please check the goods on delivery - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or Butterfly makes within 7 days. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly. Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from completing your order as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however, we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods. Cancellations and refunds This policy does not apply to goods ordered which are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations. Any items which have been personalized or modified to your specification, such as items made to non standard sizes, colours/styles outside of the options listed on our facebook page cannot be cancelled. Items purchased direct from the facebook page that are not exempt, you may cancel your contract at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail or message via facebook. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone. There is a cancellation form you may wish to you use please ask. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If you cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging to us or any other UK address specified by us, at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. You must obtain proof of posting for returned parcels to Butterfly Makes. You may properly examine the goods for 14 days, however you may not return any goods that have been used, unless they are faulty. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. We will refund all monies paid to us by you including any postage / carriage within 30 days, less any costs due under this contract. Customers exempt from the distance selling regulations may not cancel an order without our mutual agreement. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or wrongly described. If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email
