Training Cleans are undertaken by cleaners/housekeepers who are new to By Reputation and still learning or proving themselves. In exchange for a reduced price, home owners are asked to review the cleaners/housekeepers work. This process usually takes place over three visits to enable an opportunity for feedback and improvement if/where necessary, but you can book a one off appointment is that is all you need. This service is only available when we have training in progress and has a three visits per housekeeper maximum.

RECEIVE A THREE HOUR CLEAN FOR THE PRICE OF TWO: We are welcoming a new housekeeper/cleaner to the fold. Her name is Claire and she will be mostly taking clients in Central Canberra/South Canberra. She has many years experience in cleaning and also childcare, so she knows all about sticky fingers and the messes little people make. For this month only, if you book an on-going (weekly or fortnightly) clean with Claire we will give you a special deal on your first clean. You will receive three hours cleaning for the price of the two hour clean. I know from experience that once this offer goes out, new cleaners book up quickly, so if you've been thinking about getting a cleaner or finding a new one, call us soon before you miss out. Claire has insurance, a Working with Vulnerable People Card (which includes a police check) and provides all her own cleaning products.
At By Reputation our results are always fantastic, but we offer two different levels of service depending on the preferences of our clients: SEAMLESS SERVICE: This is our most popular level of service. We provide all cleaning equipment including vacuum and steam mop, along with cleaning products that deliver proven results. You never have to worry about leaving products out for us to use, or stocking up before we arrive. This is also a favourite with clients whose vacuums have seen better days! $100 for a two hour clean (this is our minimum hire) $25 for every hour requested after that HIP POCKET HELPER: Where a client prefers to use their own products and equipment, we are able to provide a cheaper service. $85 for a two hour clean (this is our minimum hire) $25 for every hour requested after that We are fully insured (Public Liability and Workers Compensation), Police Checked and references can always be provided.
Quick Tip: Lightly spray window cleaning solution onto your cloth or paper towel rather than the glass or mirror itself. You'll really notice a difference. Fewer streaks, a faster result and less product used too.
Can someone please tell me why I can whip through a clients home in record time and leave it spotless, but it just took me almost an hour to do some laundry and wipe down the kitchen benches in my own? I totally understand why people hire someone to do it for them.
