Description

Chef and Owner, Anthony Robinson, born and raised in London, UK discovered his love for food at an early age. Looking over the shoulders of his mother, while in the kitchen, Anthony began learning the basics of food preparation. With family ties connecting back to Jamaica, Anthony would often prepare meals that emulated many Caribbean inspired dishes that his family served him as a child. What started off as cooking for his family and friends, soon turned into a career that has taken him around the world, working in a number of public and private institutions as a Sous Chef to Executive Chef. Chef Anthony has trained and worked in some of London's gastro pub for many years. After moving to the US to broaden his culinary art form, Chef Anthony became a personal chef, servicing clients in both LA & NYC. Now residing in the Washington, DC Metro Area, Chef Anthony has assumed various roles in some of DC's finest restaurants, hotels and corporations. His past and current experience with personal and commercial catering has afforded the opportunity to create, organize and support different culinary institution’s mission of providing exquisite and ascetically pleasing cuisine. Through Cafe De Soul Catering, Chef Anthony and his team intend to recreate a culinary experience that will bring lasting impressions to your next event.
