Description
The owners are two LSU grads that met in college and moved to Dallas after graduation. We missed the food from Louisiana and started cooking Cajun food at home and threw our yearly crawfish boils. We started watching the Great Food Truck Race on tv and mentioned that Dallas really needed a Cajun Food Truck. After that moment, we had our truck rolling the streets within 4 months. We opened the doors 2-15-12! Authentic Cajun food off a mobile food truck and now a brick and mortar restaurant in downtown Plano! We cook the old school southern Louisiana cooking- made from scratch! 1112 E. 15th Street- Plano, TX
