At the age of 7, I watched with amazement as bakers in my aunt's cake and pastry shop, created beautiful masterpieces from royal icing. The process of creating a work of Art from just flour, butter eggs and sugar was amazing and seemed like a miracle! ......... Many years later I am still baking and loving it!
