Here in my bakery I create all kinds of culinary delights! From simple delicious puddings and tarts, to custom made celebration cakes for ALL occasions. Combining classic cake decoration with modern twists, anything is possible, just ask! Catering to the public and corporate, all are welcome here! No job too big or too small, personal designs delightfully accepted or the option of a free cake design service based on the celebration or special request that you may have! All these beautiful items created in my kitchen approved by Bournemouth Borough Council. Food hygiene certificate held. __________________________________________________________________ One of my fondest memories is of the birthday cakes my Mother and Aunt would make for my brother and I on our birthdays and the beautiful coffee cakes my Grandmother would make to take on family holidays. Cake making appears to be a trend throughout our family. During my childhood, naturally I picked up different idea's a techniques. Combined with my own knowledge and skills developed over the years (and alot of trial and error) I am now able to create delicious culinary delights and offer them to you! From birthdays, weddings, to...well, just about any occasion you can think of, you'll find that all here! Proposal cakes, Sweet 16 cakes, Baby Shower cakes, the list is endless! All cakes are hand-made from scratch and hand decorated by my own fair hand. Using various techniques I am able to create a simple tart through to cake master pieces! And quite frankly, I'm up for any cake challenge, so don't be afraid to ask for anything, even if it's something that you would never imagine could be transformed in to something edible...I'll be the judge of that : ) Catering to all, offering traditional ingredients or options of pure Organic, allergy aware and dairy free on request.
