"Buy a freshly cut Christmas tree and have it delivered to your door." We are a small family run business with almost thirty years' experience in growing and selling real Christmas trees. When we set up Caledonian Christmas Trees in 2008 we started planting up our own trees. 2013 was a very special year for us because our first crop of trees is ready for sale. We will be supplementing our own stock with other premium tress from local growers. This year we have for sale the Nordman Fir, the most popular non-drop tree, the aromatic Norway Spruce and the Lodgepole Pine. NORDMAN FIR: With its easy-care credentials, it's no surprise the Nordman Fir is Britain's best selling real Christmas tree. Soft, luxuriant foliage makes it child and pet friendly while its shape tends to be quite symmetrical. It has glossy forest green needles and great needle retention, meaning it lasts very well. NORWAY SPRUCE: The original Victorian Christmas tree, the pine scented Norway Spruce comes pruned and has dense, slightly spiky green foliage(good for deterring pets) and a bushy appearance. It's the easiest variety to grow which is reflected in its price. Needle retention is poorer than other varieties but regular watering will slow needle drop. LODGEPOLE PINE: The Lodgepole Pine is a bushy tree with long green needles and a wonderful natural pine scent. Probably the best for needle retention. 2014 Price List: Nordman Fir- 4ft=£25, 5ft=£30, 6ft=£35, 7ft=£40, 8ft=£55 Norway Spruce- 5ft=£20, 6ft=£25, 7ft=£30, 8ft=£35 Lodgepole Pine 5ft=£25, 6ft=£30, 7ft=£35, 8ft=£40 We can also deliver larger Nordman Fir trees. 9-20ft. Please message or phone for a quote. Delivery: Free delivery to Braco, Crieff, Blackford, Auchterarder, Bridge of Allan, Stirling, Dunblane and surrounding areas. Happy to deliver further afield but there will be a small charge to cover fuel costs, or you are welcome to come and collect. Delivery from 28th November-23rd December. 1 weeks' notice is required for delivery although we will try and fit deliveries in as soon as required depending on scheduling. Care Note For Trees: Store trees outside until you are ready to decorate. If possible cut off the bottom when you get tree and soak in water. Open the tree and allow it to stand for at least 12hrs to allow it to open out fully. Keep away from direct heat to reduce needle drop.
