In 2012, after seeing the amazing work of Carina's Cupcakes, I decided I wanted to give cupcake making a go..... One year on and following some really lovely, encouraging comments from my friends and family I have decided to try to satisfy my urge to make cupcakes and hopefully make a little "pocket money" in the process (well try to cover my cake making spending habits at the very least!!!). If anybody already knows the work of Carina from Carina's Cupcakes you will be able to see her influence and some recreations of her amazing designs. I have bought many of her guides/tutorials and hope to continue to build my knowledge/ability in the art of making pretty cupcakes.......... and who knows will maybe venture onto big cakes (when I am more confident!!!) My business name comes from the help of my lovely, patient and gorgeous (in my opinion :o)) other half Paul. Without him (chief taster..... would love to say bottle washer by that is definitely not the case!!!) and his encouragement, I wouldn't have the confidence to try out my dream!! :o) If you would like to order bespoke cupcakes - whatever your occasion, or just let a friend know that you are thinking of them, then I am confident Calliope Dreams Cupcakes is able to help.
