TODAY'S AT HOME WORKOUT: Warm up as you feel you need. 100 Fast Jax (up is 1, down is 2) 10 hand release push-ups 90 Fast Jax 10 hand release push-ups Etc,etc, etc.... until you've done 10 Fast Jax and 10 Hand release push-ups. Repeat with Bent Rows, Squats, and Burpees... All or just any that you choose. Enjoy!!!

Recovery Week At Home Workout: Warmup: 50 high knees 50 butt kicks 50 jumping jacks 50 front kicks Workout: 5 total rounds. Add 5 reps to each exercise for each round. 10 push-ups 20 Bent rows 30 Bicycle crunches 40 Squats Rest *for an added challenge, substitute with the following: Plyo Push-ups Y Raises Sprinters Squat Jumps Enjoy!!!
